Term Rental LOCATION: Your rental studio apartment is situated in the heart of Paris' 11th district, less than 10 minutes walk from Nation place (one of the most important crossroads in Paris), Bastille
place and Voltaire metro station. A few steps from the apartment, you will find several grocery stores, a good selection of restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores, cleaners, pharmacy, etc. THE STUDIO APARTMENT was recently renovated, with a new hardwood floor and fresh paint. It can accommodate up to 2 persons. The studio apartment is located on the second floor and is very bright, with two big windows to the street with blinds. There is security code at the front door. IN THE MAIN LIVING AREA there is a sofa bed for two, a small mezzanine, a small table, and a large closet space. There are plenty of places near the apartment studio where you can find a great variety of take-out food and just reheat at home, but if you feel like cooking, the kitchen is small but very practical. The kitchen section is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and all kinds of cookware. THE BATHROOMS have a small shower, toilet, sink, electric heater, hairdryer, and electric water heater. All linen and towels are provided upon arrival and there are several Laundromats and cleaners nearby. CHECK IN / CHECK OUT is on Saturdays at 2pm. SMOKING POLICY: this is a non-smoking apartment studio. RENTAL RATES: 400 € / week, 1100 € / month, 2800 € / 3 months. SECURITY DEPOSIT: 500 euro refunded at check out. CONTACT: info@beinparis.com
